The Rashtram Accelerator curriculum takes you on this journey from leading yourself to leading others. The curriculum is a mix of Common-Core Courses, Track-Specific Courses and Electives. The Programme also has two project periods, each six-week, that will help the Learner understand ground-realities and get on-field experience.
Common CoreThis is the common core which is the foundation for all the learners and which seeks to bind the learner with the learning process
Track SpecificThis part is curated to provide the learners with the skills specific to their track – combined with rich reflection, field experiences and research projects helps students translate their skills into competencies.
ElectivesThis part is to help the Learner sharpen skills with a wide range of choice.
The one-year course is organised into 3 terms. Each term would be about twelve to fifteen weeks and will be a mix of classroom teaching, case studies, group discussions and presentations, fieldwork, internships, research publications and representation in seminars/conferences.
The basic unit of classroom content is a module and not more than 3 modules make up a course. Each module would be about 20 hours of classroom teaching and would not extend beyond a week.
Term 1 is the common core which is the foundation course for all three tracks
