Learning at Rashtram

“True knowledge is not attained by thinking. It is what you are; it is what you become.” – Sri Aurobindo

At Rashtram, ‘learning’ and ‘living’ are not  two distinct activities. They are  integrated, and it is this synthesis between the two that can help change-makers in ‘leading’. Thus, the learning environment and learning methods should be as natural as life itself. Keeping this in mind, we nurture our change-makers using the L2 – Learning & Living – Framework.

The goal of nurturing future public leaders demands that our approach be unique, robust, and adaptive. We hope that our framework will develop into an adaptable model that can be used by many other institutions in the future.
