Vision India Fellowship transformed into the Rashtram Accelerator Programme in 2020. Similar to Accelerator, the Fellowship was launched to incubate public leaders. In its 4 years of operations (2016 – 2020), we have incubated 25 individuals who have shown promise to lead in various domains of academia, politics, and civil society.
