The eTransforming Educational Practices (eTEP) Programme by Rashtram is designed to create engaging and meaningful learning experiences for both teachers and learners across the globe. Across 6 weeks, eTEP draws on contemporary and ancient psychological insights, and instills an understanding of how both teaching and learning styles are rooted in the dynamics of personality.
By opening the door to a whole range of teaching techniques addressing the personality needs of different students, this programmes helps educators create engaging learning experience with Ayurvedic profiles. This framework proves an invaluable aid to teachers, parents, school psychologists, counsellors, administrators and all those concerned with contemporary education issues.
Ayurvedic Profiling
Ayurvedic Profiling (AP) is personality assessment based on Ayurveda, which is inclusive of body-mind constitution. This profile gives insights into our thoughts, emotional patterns, behaviour and relationships. AP is unique as it is connected with our DNA. A new branch of research named Ayurgenomics is opening up possibilities of scientific understanding of who we are and why do we behave the way we behave.
Emotional Intelligence
The concept of IQ must be expanded to be inclusive of Emotional Intelligence. The Western models & frameworks explore EI as a competency and have done extensive research on the brain and neural pathways. Ayurvedic Psychology deepens the research of EI to cellular intelligence and role of memory. This programme integrates the West-East perspectives to create holistic understanding for wellness and well-being.
NEP Aligned
The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 recognises, identifies and fosters the unique capabilities of each learner. The NEP focuses on sensitising teachers as well as parents to promote each learner’s holistic development in academic as well as non-academic spheres of life. This programme is aligned with NEP 2020 and focussed on expanding on all aforementioned paradigms to enhance quality of education for all learners
