Dhavan completed his B Tech from Alliance University in Karnataka. He wants to lead a life that inspires people to work for the development of this wonderful nation and also lead a Think-Tank where diverse interests, ideas, and ideologies come together to create an impact in the lives of people after completing the Rashtram Accelerator Programme. He is interested in Public Policy, the Philosophy of India & The Connection between Science and Religion. He spends most of his time on the pages of books and the various tabs that open in the supreme browser i,e his mind. A fun fact about him is that he looks younger than his age. One thing he wants is to publish his collection of poems as a book before he dies. Some of his pet peeves are a low battery notification and an interrupted flow of thoughts.
