Puja Singh did her graduation and post-graduation from the University of Pune in Microbiology. She started her career eight years back as a volunteer at Rotary Club, Moradabad, UP in which she monitored the ‘End Polio Now’ campaign. This small stint with society motivated her to pursue her career in the development sector. While working as a Cultural Mentor with CDM Public School, she taught primary school children the importance of Indian culture and tradition. She is a trained Kathak dancer herself. Puja believes education is the solution to most social evils and considers education and health as two of the closest issues to her heart. She has supervised the Right to Education campaign while working with Hindustan Talks as Project Associate. She also worked for specially-abled children in her association with Dr Lal Singh Foundation. She studied Project Management from IIT Roorkee (NPTEL) and has successfully managed the program ‘Sita ki Rasoi’ for underprivileged people. Puja actively participates in festivals and marathons. She is enthusiastic about DIYs, creative activities, writing and painting.
