Shri M. K. Sridhar is nominated as a member of All India Board of Management Studies, AICTE and Executive Council of Central University of Gujarat. He is also the Honorary President of Centre for Educational and Social Studies (CESS), Bengaluru. He is nominated by MHRD as a member of a Committee for draft National Education Policy under the chairmanship of Dr K Kasturirangan. His Excellency the Governor of Karnataka has appointed him as the Vice President of Indian Red Cross Society, Karnataka chapter.
