Biography

Dr. Mala Kapadia is Professor, Director of Wellness Practice and Resident Mentor at Rashtram. She has a Masters and Doctorate in Psychology and Literature. She is a writer, international speaker and executive coach integrating Yoga & Ayurveda. She previously served as Adjunct Professor of the SP Jain School of Global Management on the campuses of Dubai, Singapore, Sydney and Mumbai. Researcher in the area of ​​holistic well-being and Integrated Intelligence for more than 30 years. She is also author of several books like ‘Heart Skills: Emotional Intelligence for Work & Life’. She has been a pioneer teacher of emotional intelligence to MBA students in management institutions in Asia. Her doctoral thesis on Gujarati literature integrates knowledge of psychology analysis creating an integrative approach. Consultant of different multinational organisations. Advises with a model of sustainability of performance and holistic leadership. Her knowledge about well-being, Ayurveda, Yoga, leadership and Emotional Intelligence make her a unique advisor for our open training programmes.
