Practice

Regenerative Development

The Regenerative Development Practice at Rashtram is dedicated to exploring and co-creating pathways for people and the planet to thrive and flourish. The Practice will give impetus to the evolution of new patterns and systems grounded in a worldview that is holistic, participatory, restorative and regenerative.

The Regenerative Development Practice is anchored in the idea of लोकः समस्ताः सुखिनो भवन्तु and a reverence for the sacred and the spiritual, a central theme of the Indian culture and ethos. The practice aims to bring about a transformation in ways of being and doing at the level of individuals, organisations and the ecosystem towards compassion, care, empathy, equity and dignity for all. The approach is one of seva, service to a purpose that is beyond self.
