You will need to spend 3.5 hours on a weekly basis, with 2 hours sessions per week for 6 weeks – 1.5 hours spent on content, 0.5 minutes for Q & A, 1 hour of reading per week, and 30 minutes of introspection and practice every day.
Technical knowledge assessments are not part of the design. The course is geared towards self-change, placing more emphasis upon gradual transformation which is to be observed and realised over one’s lifetime.
Live sessions will be conducted at fixed timings where you can engage with the mentor and peers. However, if you happen to miss a session, recordings will be available.

No, you do not need to have any prior knowledge of Ayurveda or Indic Knowledge to participate in the sessions. The concepts will be introduced and explained over the duration of the course.

Yes, A ‘Certificate of Participation’ will be given to all delegates provided that they have attended at least 75% of sessions.
