These terms of use (together with the documents referred to on it) set out the terms for use of the Rashtram School of Public Leadership Website (www.rashtram.org) and its subdirectories and subdomains, (‘our / the site’) and applies to all users of and visitors to the site (‘you’). Access to the site is permitted on a temporary basis and Rashtram reserves the right to withdraw or amend the services provided on the site without notice. Rashtram will not be liable if for any reason the site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of Rashtram’s security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential and you must not disclose it to any third party. Subject to statutory allowances, extracts of material from the site may be accessed, downloaded and printed for your personal and non-commercial use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on the site.
Rashtram’s status and that of any identified contributors as the authors of material on the site must always be acknowledged.
You may not modify the paper or digital copies of any material printed off or downloaded in any way and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
You must not use any part of the material on the site for direct or indirect commercial purposes or advantage without obtaining a licence to do so from Rashtram or its licensors. By seeking a licence from Rashtram to reproduce University Material for commercial or other uses beyond that permitted above, Rashtram can ensure that individuals and organisations have access to the most up-to-date material.
If you print, copy or download any part of the site in breach of these terms of use, your right to use the site will cease immediately and you must at the option of Rashtram return or destroy any copies of the material you have made.
Nothing contained in the site shall be taken, construed or considered as a grant of licence or right to use the trademarks of Rashtram or that of any third party displayed on the site without the prior written permission of the respective owner/s.

Nothing in these terms of use is intended to exclude Rashtram’s liability for death or personal injury caused by Rashtram’s proven negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
These terms of use and all questions of construction, interpretation, validity and performance under these terms including non-contractual disputes or claims shall be governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
Rashtram’s failure or delay to exercise or enforce any right in these terms of use does not waive Rashtram’s right to enforce that right.
If any of these terms of use should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any country in which these terms of use are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within that jurisdiction in which that term of use is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms of use and the remaining terms of use shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
