Wellness

The Wellness Practice at Rashtram is dedicated to understanding and applying Indic Knowledge Systems (IKS), along with insights from Yoga and Ayurveda, to help solve issues confronting India and the world.

Wellness is a multidimensional state of being, based on Ayurvedic definition of Swasthya. This encompasses physical health based on balance of constitution, metabolism and processes that lead to state of emotional and spiritual well-being. Wellness thus is a paradigm that needs a shift in awareness, knowledge and self-responsibility in making conscious choices.
